We had two projects to complete for the BMW Group
Steel roof
The roof was jetted and prepped ready for the application of butyl tape to all the fixings followed by matting applied and sealed with Elastaseal base coat for the extra strength and then the full roof was sprayed with two coats of Unicover Ultra S paint. All guttering was cleaned out thoroughly and given a coat of Elastaseal base coat and then Elastaseal topcoat. All products used on both roofs were from Tor Coatings.

Project Scope
Asbestos roof
We had an external specialist team in to jet wash the roof as per the strict regulations associated with handling asbestos. Once dry, we applied Elastaseal Z binding coat to the full roof. Fixings were then butyl taped before applying a matting and sealing with elastaseal base coat for extra strength. We then applied two coats of Elastaseal top coat to the full roof.
