Project Scope
This project was carried out in 2020 on Units 3 & 4, Planet Centre, Feltham.
The Roof
- Gutter and roof were fully refurbished. We used Sharmans Gutter and Roof products which are engineered to extend building lifecycles.
- Roof was jetted with 3000psi. Fixings, areas surrounding the skylights, cut edge corrosion and end laps were prepared and Seamseal and base coat was then applied where required.
- Two coats of Delcote was applied to all areas. Gutters were prepped and plygene was applied.
Exterior of the building
- Full building was jetted and prepped.
- Two coats of Cladshield was applied to the cladding.
- All metalwork including fire doors and curtain walling was sprayed in Unova Paints.
Interior of the building
- All offices, WC’s and corridors were prepped and finished with Dulux products.
- In the warehouse – we used Allcoat primer finish on all interior cladding including blockwork. On the steel, Dulux Metalshield was used and two coats applied.
